I know you can set settings on the camera

    what exactly does
    High 640-480
    Med:320-240
    low:224-168

mean? which should I choose and why?

    and under quality
    fine
    normal
    economy

    what does that mean?
will any of these choices help make my pictures come out better?

    which are the best options?
thanks! well my phone is a samsung M300 so its nothing fancy and isnt capable of much…thanks for your help!
