I am quite short on funds right now. I just barely became interested in digital art, so if anyone knows of an inexpensive yet useful tablet, that would be great. I would also like to know which software I should use. (If it helps, I own a PC.)

I’ve recently been wanting to give found poetry a shot, but I’m not sure if it’s typically considered writing, art, or both. Reason I ask is that I’m slowly doing this 100 themes challenge on DeviantArt for both writing and art; and since there’s very little to no writing involved, I think found poetry would lean more towards the art side.
I’m going to try and ask this question in a different category and see what I can get from there.

I’m trying to embed a logo next to a specific word in a presentation. However, when I add clip art, all it does is pin it to a specific location. If I edit the presentation, the text moves but the art doesn’t. In Word, by contrast, whenever I edit the text, the clip art moves with it.

Is it acceptable for just anyone, even a novice, to design a martial art form?

I’m doing a poster board for my National History Day project and everybody else seems to be doing really intricate stuff. My teacher says that my work has potential, but I need to jazz it up. I was originally going to use MS Word text art, but i’m thinking I should do something else with it to make my project stand out more. I’m definitely going to include pics, but if anybody has any ideas at all about making my project stand out more, they’d be greatly appreciated. If it makes a difference, the topic is the Apollo space missions.

    In terms of an artists
& also what does it mean by referring to the frames in terms of researching & analysing info about an artist (themselves, their influences and works) – in relations to both Art Historical and Art Critical

Is ‘art historical’ more of objective? and ‘art critical’ more subjective?

    Thanks

I need to create a shirt design for the drama class play, and I need the text to be curved. I need to use regular text, not word art. Is there a way I can do this? I know it can’t be that hard. I have Powerpoint 2003, by the way.

Did the aesthetics and sensibilities of Modern Art translate to graphic design in the early part of the 20th-century?

    If so, how?

I would like to create a Virtual World (like second life) Art gallery in memorandum of a soon to be deceased artist and friend, a place that could be accessible hundreds (thousands) of years from now for the public, as well as a private family area.

Is it possible to only have a watermark text or/and background fill color on one page of a Microsoft Word document?
If so, how is this done?
Its not different for me. I will compatible your answer with my Word 2003!
    Thx my friend.

I’m going through my grandfather’s old textbooks and old manuscripts who studied art in japan and in china from 1920 to 1960’s. Many of those are instructions on how to draw bamboo, trees, animals, cats and their whiskers, chinese calligraphy, etc. Are they old enough to be in an exhibit or can I throw them away?

I have to make an art project for my English class and I have to create a sculpture, painting, etc, on something symbolic or having to do with courage. Please list some ideas that aren’t too complex.

I’m doing an art project where I want to put text onto a dessert plate. I found a font I want to use and I was wondering if there was a way I could print some text out and somehow transfer it onto the plate? I’d also like to do this in the most cost effective way possible. So if there was a way I could transfer the text onto the plate and then use a paint pen to go over it, that would be fine. This doesn’t have to be permanent by any means.

    Any ideas?

Do I have to download any file or anything to make this work? And why does the Video must be on top of the Text, word art etc.?
It still Dosen’t Work. The Video is still on top of the Word art, text etc.

I’m a San Diego photographer with lots of great pics – good computer software for Frames, Text, Clip Art, etc. How do I get started turning my pictures in to sell-able post cards?
    Thanks for your input.

They say laser printer have better print quality and hold more ink and the ink is way cheaper with laser printers. They say companies use laser printers or photographer because the print quality is way better than inkjet printer .They say inkjet printers are good for text and art work but for photos to use a laser printer do to better print quality .

They say the ink is way cheaper than inkjet printers and can hold alot more ink than inkjet printers .

    Anyways why that the case?

And last quetion why is the ink in inkjet printers so costly?
